INTERNATIONAL MOTHER LANGUAGE DAY

Every year, International Mother Language Day is celebrated on 21 February. Read on to know its history, significance, and theme. Every year on February 21, people around the world celebrate International Mother Language Day to encourage linguistic and cultural diversity as well as multilingualism.
      Our college NSs Union has conducted a programme based on the inetrnational mother language day to enrich the importance to save mother language. The programmes presidential address was given by our principal Dr.Meera Raj mam.Welcome speech was delivered by farther Thomas kuttiyil.Programme started with a welcome dance by the college dance group.Then there is also a group song by teacher trainees.The union also organised SA writing competition and recitation on the topic international mother language day.The programme was literally a remembrance of International Mother Language Day.
