INTRODUCTION
Our second phase of teaching practice is at
AMMHS karavaloor The Principal of Sabarigiri College of Education, Dr. Roy sir alloted six students to AMMHS karavaloor.All of our teachers in charges, especially Sreedevi teacher provided us with all necessary instructions, guidance and support for completing our teaching manual, selecting activities for models for teaching and preparing teaching aids for teaching practice.

MONDAY
Today 10th June 2024 was the first day of My 2nd phase teaching practice the important and critical days in my course I reached the school exactly at a 9:15 a.m. and signed the attendance register after handovering the letter from our college.After the prayer the teacher give us substitution. 8C and and 9B are the two class assigned to me. The fifth and sixth period I have class in my concerned class 8C.There I taught two lesson plans. During the 5th period I take and the topic "parts and functions of microscope "and during 6th period I take and the topic "light adjustment parts in microscope and its function "from the unit life mysteries in little chamber from the basic science text book of standard 8. Students activity participated in the classroom activities. The school dispersed at 3:30 p.m.

TUESDAY
Second day as usual I reached the school at 9:15 a.m. The prayer was conducted at 9:40 a.m. I got a substitution in standard 9 B ,the second period which is my concerned class I taught the topic "cell and biomolecules" from the unit to life process there I taught them the biomolecules type and the examples using the learning aids. The fourth period also I have class or 9B where I taught the topic "metabolism and its types" here I made an attempt to find all definition by the students and my concerned teacher observed and evaluated the class and give suggestions. The overall experience of the second day was good and effective.The school dispersed that the 3:30 p.m.

WEDNESDAY
The day as usual I reach to the school at 9:15 a.m. after the prayer there was preparation for the program in the afternoon session on antidrug campaign. The third period I have substitution for 5 B I thought them Hindi and also play some games with them, they feel very happy .The 5th period I have class on 8C which is my concerned class where I taught them the topic "preparation stages of observation materials" the concerned teacher observed and evaluate the class and give suitable suggestion. The afternoon session have a antidrug campaign named കലാജാഥ ജനബോധൻ2024 the campaign was conducted by ആശ്രയ kotarakkara.The programme was enriched with dance and a awesome skit.The programme ends at 3 pm.I have substitution for 7 C for the last period.The school dispersed at 3.30 pm.

THURSDAY
As usual and reached the school at 9:15 a.m. After the prayer we wait for the substitution Today we got the proper time table and its time schedule. The fourth period I have class for standard 8 C which is my concerned class in that period we recollect the things that we already learned then then completed all the notes.The 5th period same I have class on 8th which is my concerned class during this period I taught them the topic "the role of various scientist in the history of cell biology" through ICT .All students activity participated in the class .The school dispersed at 3:30 p.m.

FRIDAY
Today as usual I reached the school at 9:15 a.m. after the prayer we went to our staff room allotted to us. Today all the teachers are present so we have no substitutions and also I have no concerned period too, so I am free today. I have got an substitution for 6C during the 5th period.During the free hours we complete our lesson plans and after that last period some students we engaged with students practicing dance for the assembly. The school dispersed at 3:30pm
CURRICULAR AND CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
In this week the students of 8th standard were taught using of teaching manual from their first chapter from part 1 of their basic science textbook namely LIFE'S MYSTERIES IN LITTLE CHAMBER. 8th standard students were taught
1.Parts and functions of microscope.
2. Light adjustment parts in microscope and its function.
3. Preparation stages of observation material.
4. Role of various scientists in the history of cell biology
In this week the students of 9th standard where taught using of teaching manual from their Biology textbook from the first unit TO LIFE PROCESS . The 9th standard students where taught
1. Cells and biomolecules.
2. Types of metabolism.
Teaching aids such as charts, activity cards,ICT were used appropriately based on the topic taught.
The reflective journals were also done this week.
OVERALL REFLECTION OF CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE
The students of 8th and 9th standard were given teaching manual oriented activity based classroom experience. Four teaching manual of 8th standard and two teaching manual of 9th standard were completed effectively. Learning aids such charts, ICT slides, cut outs video presentations are prepared as per the need of topic. Students were given followup activities like assignment and short note in science diary ,activities of group discussion. Students are actively participated in the classroom interaction procedure, intellectual curiosity of the children are aroused. Prerequisites were correctly checked. Create a good rappot with the students and accommodate all levels of learners in my class.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Everyday a good physical education classes are conducted by the physical education sir where he trains the children in various games like football volleyball running etc.
